Program/Project Manager

Overview

Join a leading global enterprise, partnered with Aquent, for 8 months temporary contract!

Project: On-site project coordinator for EMEA Field Engineering team, managing deployment of engineering solutions (Matrix, ADTFs, ASLs, retrofits, EVCP) at delivery stations across Germany.

Serves as primary point of contact during project execution, coordinating between vendors, operations, and engineering teams while ensuring successful implementation of logistics infrastructure.

**Required Skills:**
– AutoCAD proficiency
– Microsoft Project 
– Microsoft Excel
– Project planning and execution
– Stakeholder management and coordination
– Technical documentation review and validation
– Field verification of engineering drawings

**Preferred Skills:**
– Experience with logistics/warehouse automation systems
– Knowledge of delivery station operations
– Vendor management experience

**Years of Experience:**
Project management experience required for medium-complexity projects

**Industry Experience:**
Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering background in warehouse/logistics environments

**Education Requirements:**
Degree or equivalent experience in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering

**Other Requirements:**
– Must travel on-site 75-100% during project deployments to any UK/Ireland delivery station
– Ability to provide continuous on-site presence (4-5 days) during site acceptance testing
– Must coordinate with IT teams and manage IDF cabinet access
