This fixed term assignment offers a unique opportunity to leave a lasting mark on a world-class digital platform.

This is a 6-months fixed term salaried position contracted via Aquent on behalf of our client as a third party. There is no possibility for extension after 31st January 2027. The role offers €67-80K / annum, pro rata – based on experience – 40 hrs/week. 

Due to the contracting nature of this role, only candidates with unrestricted rights to work in The Netherlands will be considered. 

Responsibilities:

* Lead the planning, orchestration, and execution of a high-priority technical SEO infrastructure and website migration project from start to finish.
* Navigate a complex organizational structure to ensure critical SEO tasks, initiatives, and user stories are actively prioritized and advanced within development workflows.
* Proactively monitor project timelines, identify potential bottlenecks, and effectively escalate or resolve dependencies, providing transparent status updates to leadership.
* Coordinate resources across multiple teams, ensuring all stakeholders understand their deliverables, timelines, and the overall business impact of the project.
* Provide expert consultation and validation on website taxonomy and site architecture to optimize crawlability, indexation, and user experience.
* Design, review, and orchestrate complex URL redirect mapping strategies at an enterprise scale, including precise 1-to-1 mappings and broad rule sets.
* Utilize advanced enterprise toolsets to rigorously validate technical implementations and measure the success of deployed features.
 

Qualifications:

* Proven experience project managing SEO initiatives for large-scale e-commerce or marketplace websites.
* Min. 5 years of dedicated experience in Technical SEO. Deep understanding of how search engines crawl, render, and index JavaScript-heavy enterprise sites. Advanced experience with enterprise SEO tools.
* Demonstrated track record of independently managing complex digital/tech projects involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders from inception to delivery.

* **Tech Savvy & Migration Expert:** Strong Technical SEO knowledge with a proven track record of executing enterprise-level website migrations, including deep familiarity with website taxonomy and large-scale redirect implementations.
* **Master Stakeholder Manager:** Exceptional ability to negotiate priorities, influence without direct authority, and present complex topics to various organizational levels.
* **Project Management Expert:** Highly organized, proactive, and resilient, capable of keeping large teams on track and accountable.
* **Fast Learner:** Ability to rapidly map out internal structures, key decision-makers, and project nuances to deliver immediate value.
* **Agile & PM Tooling:** Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
